I haven't measured yet but I have noticed amazing results in just two weeks. Before I started when soft my penis would remain fairly close to my body perhaps maybe 3 inches or so (when erect I'd be around 5.5") but now when soft it doesn't retract so much and is starting to really hang over my balls...if I had to take a guess I would say I've gained an inch in flaccid state.....I haven't noticed much gains when erect though so I'm just loosening things up for a starter but man it's so nice to not seem so small when soft.....now not shy at all changing at the gym

It has been almost two months of hard work 485 hours to be exact and gains of .5 inch in length and .5 inch in girth while erect and one happy girl. I start with a 6 X 5 and in one month I was 6.25x5.25 and now I am 6.5x5.5 so if I continue this trend in two more months I should be 7 x 6 which it would be nice.
